I stated how I think, frankly speaking, not even just people getting out of our prison systems, but many of our homeless are very much drug addicted, are, you know, on opioids or on alcohol. It's very dangerous, very concerning. I would personally support the idea of building in Madison, a location where the most best professionals we have in Wisconsin gathering and those who want help can get that help, whether they're leaving the prison system, whether they are, you know, on the streets, and they're just looking for hope, looking for an answer in that regard. I take mental health very seriously. I've been in the room with people who've had heart attacks. You don't have a lot of time. (05:44–06:01)
