Obviously the counties are going to referendum which can obviously mean more taxes for the citizens who are there, which again is a negative. It pushes out the native population, the older population when it comes to education reform. I've talked about trying to nudge colleges towards a model where they are able to stay alive. I am a two time college graduate. I believe we need to move away from general eds. Obviously no offense to 3rd, 4th Englishes or maths or all that stuff. (04:57–05:03)
