If the only school in their area isn't a high performing school and then their kid is not doing well and they want to send their kid to somewhere that does, they're hoping to get that chance to enroll and have what they need. I would like to see trades more involved in the high schools. I've started talking about this. I think that's part of that high trade, you know, future, if you will. (07:51–07:54)
