Yeah, well, the initial bill I passed, I did want that passed. I did want something called judicial discretion, where the judge could use discretion. The legislature refused that in the initial bill. And again, this is about six years ago, I signed that bill. Three months after it went into effect, I came back and we amended the bill to basically give the judge discretion if the person committed any harm. (05:42–05:46)
