I can tell you I think Commissioner Tisch is doing a very good job. This stability, we went through a number of police commissioners. Each one brought their own tumult and their own transformation. Jessica Tisch is steady. The NYPD feels steady. But the NYPD alone really is not going to be enough to restore to people the sense that I feel comfortable in New York City.
