Well, first of all, 100% New York State is just too expensive. New York City is too expensive. As governor, I cut taxes for middle class. I cut the estate tax, I cut the corporate tax. And I passed something called the property tax cap for homeowners, which I want to pass in New York City, where your taxes are limited to no more than 2% growth per year because homeowners are getting crushed.
