And finally, I've announced my intent to place a blanket hold on all EPA nominees due to the way in which EPA has abused the Congress Congressional Review act and overreached its efforts simply to attack California. Just a few weeks ago, we saw Senate Republicans overrule the Senate parliamentarian in order to undermine California's Clean Air Authority authority that's been in place since the beginning of the Clean Air act decades ago.
