Before all of the votes have formally been counted and a winner has not yet been declared, what do you Think about that practice of whether it's a media entity or somebody else calling a race. Yeah, and The Pennsylvania Department of State doesn't say, declare winners or anything like that. We report vote totals as reported to us by our county partners.
