What that entails in Pennsylvania? 20 years ago, Pennsylvania passed a law requiring automatic recounts whenever results for an election were within 1/2 of 1%. So our recounts are automatic. They are required. They are mandatory. They're not a sign that anything is amiss or that there's some confusion as to the results. (05:06–05:17)
