There is no other person that is running for mayor right now that has negotiated city budgets. It is a very, very serious thing. I have negotiated three of them with the mayor. We will hopefully close our fourth budget with me as speaker by the 30th of June. We have never been late closing our budget and we will have our budget deal by the 30th, as is mandated by our city charter. It is a $115 billion budget. (15:43–15:51)
