We want to see folks get into permanent housing. So some money is going there. In addition to that, we know that There is a deficit in HPD when it comes to building and helping to build this housing. that is so desperately needed across the city. Some of that money is going towards making sure that those vacancies are filled and those individuals are paid to help us get this housing that New York City needs so desperately. (20:26–20:32)
