We have constraints, lack of supply that, of course, has driven up prices. But I think we've gotten an endeavor to be creative, certainly at the state level. Just passed a variety of bills meant to unlock some housing supply into the future. We have always had an array of restrictions, whether it's related to manufactured housing or some of the other faster tips to market newer technologies and quality options. (26:12–26:18)
