We have always had an array of restrictions, whether it's related to manufactured housing or some of the other faster tips to market newer technologies and quality options. Certainly the Federal legislation that has recently passed will also be helpful [for housing supply]. especially coupled with what we've done in the state level. But this is also a place where we, from an economic development standpoint, have actually really had some good conversations. (26:31–26:36)
