Right now, every employer is wondering, how can I afford to hire more people? And you're seeing automation take hold. Now, if you automate or offshore your job, you don't actually have to worry about providing healthcare. Healthcare is a huge drag on employer side in the first place. And so it would allow employers the choice to say, well, do we want to add a little bit of healthcare on the top, which I'm not opposed to, or is the plan that's there for everybody something that my employees can benefit from?
