And so that's why We've supported measures like SECRE reform, making it easier to go through that regulation so you can actually build that building much sooner. That's why when I hear from a real estate developer that they have to go to six different agencies to fill one single tree pit, we're looking at looking at that as an example of what government could be doing better.
