I think that also comes back to a chancellor, but also a system. I mean, right now, Marcia, we have a system where We spend about $40 billion a year in the DOE. About 10 billion of that money goes to contracts and consultants. And some of those contracts are incredibly important. But there is also the issue of duplication of waste.
