And then to change the relationship between the city and the state. And what I mean by that is that here in New York City, We send about 54.5% of the state's tax revenues. We receive about 40.5%. We want to see a relationship that's more reflective of the city's status as the economic engine of the state. And we know that New Yorkers, working class New Yorkers, they did not cause this crisis.
