And I think for too long in politics those things have been confused where it's self before service and it's time to actually invert the two. And I think that, you know, it's an interesting thing where, like, I've sat down with a number of real estate developers who disagree with me about freezing the rent for more than 2 million rent stabilized tenants. But in the course of that conversation, we'll find that we do agree on other things. We agree on the fact that, you know, the cost of waiting in New York City is too high. (10:13–10:20)
