And, and buses would cost about $700 million a year to make free. Now, this is something that the city would pay in part, but the state would be a large partner in this. And I've put forward a plan that would match the state's top corporate tax rate of 7.25% to that of New Jersey, 11.5%. Just matching our regional neighbor raises $5 billion a year.
