The second thing is, after housing, childcare is the next Highest cost for New Yorkers. I mean, we're talking about $22,500 a year. It's more money to find childcare than it is to send that same kid 18 years later to CUNY. That's the state of affairs in this city. And what we saw with universal pre K is city government can in fact take care of one of these needs, can take this pressure off the backs of working New Yorkers. (15:10–15:15)
