Nearly half of all New Yorkers are eligible. If your family earned up to $97,000, or if you're an individual who earned $68,000 in 2025, I encourage you to sign up for this program. Last year this program saved New Yorkers $38.2 million on 110,000 cost free returns or $346 per return.
