If the same city he was arrested in, Maryland had had sanctuary city laws, he never would have actually been sent to El Salvador. So are you saying the NYPD should have no role in helping with these raids that are happening in Lower Manhattan? I do not believe they should be assisting ICE in these. (01:43–01:50)
