That is unacceptable. And yes, I do believe that raising taxes on the top 1% by 2%, raising the corporate tax to match that of New Jersey, I believe those are rational, sensible ways for us to raise the revenue to fund this affordability agenda. And I think it's necessary because this is the city we're living in right now, and it's not a city that we can accept any longer. (09:03–09:18)
