And so what's your message to those who say, I don't want to fund this with my taxpayer dollars? If you're going to freeze the rent stabilized apartments, how are you going to fund that. So A freeze doesn't actually cost any money from the city. And what we've actually found in studies is that it would generate nearly $7 billion in savings for those tenants that they would be able to put back into the local economy and into their savings.
