And one of the participants, a witness, talked about how early voting sites were, were moved at the last minute in certain counties in New York. And we talked about how we used to have protection. We used to have a national Voting Rights Act, a federal one that would prevent certain measures like [moving early voting sites], but we did not have one on the state level. And that was the impetus for me to introduce the John R. Lewis Voting Rights act of New York that I'm sure we'll get to talk about a little later in the podcast. (05:38–05:46)
