So here's what we've tried to do. One, make sure they've got more of their hard earned tax dollars in their local communities. That's the best way to invest. We've brought dollars out of Washington DC and invested in places like Appenoose county with a $6 million economic investment that will return a $2 billion economic return for a new business. We've done hard infrastructure builds right here in Des Moines with MLK to help both impoverish communities as well as bring new business to our capital city. (50:25–50:37)
