And there are individuals who could qualify for something that could get them into that home at an affordable level. But a lot of banks will not give you a loan for a home that's not livable. And me, I couldn't even qualify for a VA loan because the home I moved into needed so much work. And hud doesn't help with purchasing of these homes like this either. There's no federal help with that. So you have to own your home already to even qualify for a HUD grant and things like that. (13:25–13:31)
