And a lot of Republicans have supported me in this congressional race because they also know that Calvert is lying to them about his record. And so when you have somebody who voted against the Matthew Shepard hate crimes bill, which Ken Calvert voted against the Equality Act just last year. which is a law designed to protect gay people from being fired or kicked out of their homes for employment, basic employment and housing anti discrimination rules, that's not somebody who's evolved in the last 1416 months.
