And also importantly, when people said that it could take up to 11 months to be able to clear that federal channel, we got it done in 11 weeks. And in 11 weeks, We were able to reopen the Port of Baltimore and get Commerce back going. So I'm really proud of our state. I think, as people have said, what Maryland executed was a case study on how you respond to tragedy and how you respond to those kind of disasters, deadly disasters. (49:24–49:29)
