What it does is it basically tries to say that the gun laws that we have right now are as restrictive as they're going to be. And we do that by trying to assure people that the things that we have right now, Modern sporting rifles, 30 round magazines, et cetera, semiautomatic firearms, are things that you can own legally today, and that you will always be able to own those things legally.
