And, you know, when you think about the premise, you know, somehow it's controversial, that America's resources should advance America's interests, I think, you know, that's long overdue. So when Secretary Rubio came in and started looking at, you know, USAID felt they were so autonomous that they didn't even need to respond to the Secretary of State.
