That's not courtesy or compassion to the student. In the long run, that too is a form of cruelty. Not just in math, reading and writing, but physical education, too. We're going to bring back PE as early as kindergarten. We're going to bring back the Presidential Fitness Test in middle school. Frankly, I don't know why we got rid of it in the first place.
