That's actually true compassion. That's not cruelty, that's compassion. Things like work requirements for Medicaid, for welfare, that's even in the long run been good for the people who receive it. It's not good to be dependent on the government permanently in this handout welfare state that leads to depression, anxiety, fentanyl suicide, opioid usage, as we've seen in so much of this part of the country. And so it's really good for nobody. And you know, the left has made that mistake for years. And we've been good at calling that out. And we should. (08:09–08:21)
