MO Everybody cares about their public schools and their neighborhoods and they recognize that they're underfunded. Right now, Several school districts have been taken over by the state because they're considered failing. I think the state has failed our school districts by not funding them adequately so that they can pay our teachers what they deserve. So many teachers are leaving the profession. (15:42–15:48)
