Here we are a few months away from the fifth anniversary of those first arrivals, and our government has responded so inadequately that we've done absolutely very little to stem the flow of families running from their homeland. And mind you, We have played a role in what's happening in Central America. We have an obligation in what's happened in Central America, but we have done very little except call for more border security to keep these people out. (14:57–15:01)
