It will be a campus essentially for ICE with offices and conference rooms. But, yes, there will be privately run detention. They could not tell us the number of detainees. The retrofitting of all of this is still under procurement. And they are going to evaluate proposals. Once they get those back, that will then trigger a longer process that will include nepa, the environmental process, which also will include community input and community engagement. (01:43–01:49)
