I just signed a War Powers resolution, a bipartisan war powers resolution today, signed onto it to remind the President that it is Congress who makes these decisions. It's one thing to say if we are attacked, there has to be a defense of our assets and our people, but it's a whole other thing to begin playing these games where there are threats that are delivered via tweet or truth social.
