What do I do? It broke my heart that this was something he had to think about in a life and death situation. Once again, Bureaucracy getting in the way of the mission that, yes, the VA has, but that our country has to serve and care for those who have borne the battle. I was glad that I was able to pick up the phone and make some calls.
