So there's all kinds of conflicts spread out across this region. I just can't see why you wouldn't want to limit having more of that problem. But it doesn't. Why wouldn't Congress pass [a] lawsuit [saying] we can't have foreign ownership of land in the United States. You can't sell the country to other countries. That's I think the primary question.
