There was something called the uptick rule which prevented short sellers from selling when the stock was in decline. I think that's correct. I don't know. It's been heavily regulated. It's banned in a lot of countries. It's so clearly immoral and bad for a country and for markets that I don't exactly know why we have it, but we've had it since 2007. But anyway. (19:58–20:00)
