In a normal country, its leaders would insist on an answer to the simple question, how did a terror network closely monitored by the United States intelligence agencies, including a unit dedicated to following them at CIA headquarters in Langley? How did a group like that manage to pull off the 911 attacks in broad daylight? That's the question. But this is not a normal country. And it was never answered.
