Keynes said in his general theory or it was the treatise on money, you know, these are the cranks who talk about the banks creating money. I think the average person believes the right, the ability to create money is reserved for governments alone. That's absolutely correct. In fact, I did a survey with my students in Frankfurt in 2011.
