The Department of Energy's Energy Threat Analysis center, or etac, serves as a central hub for analyzing threats to America's critical energy infrastructure. Yet only a small number of energy companies are direct participants and etac. Can you elaborate on how ETAC provides value to the energy sector as a whole, even for those utilities who don't directly participate in this program? (00:12–00:23)
