It's very difficult to. To build homes. There's a lot of regulations for developers and builders to, to be able to. To build affordable homes for. For people. And, you know, There's a lot of energy requirements and things like that that have been part of, I think, nonsense legislation, environmental legislation that has increased the cost of homes as well. So we need to do the right thing. I think it's good legislation. It will help in the future in allowing for people to get into their first home and, you know, making it more affordable. (13:24–13:35)
