You know, I don't believe that anyone can infringe on your rights for the Second Amendment. The Constitution says that. I'm a believer in the Second Amendment. And this just really makes sure that no federal agency or local municipality can take away your rights to have a magazine and to have the things that, that you want to protect yourself. (04:59–05:07)
