When I delivered my 2023 State of the State address a year ago. We are kicking off Wisconsin's 175th birthday and celebrating 175 years of statehood. Wisconsin has never been in a better fiscal position. Wisconsin, I begin tonight with even better news as we enter 2024. Our state has never been in a better fiscal position than we are today.
