This included over $360 million that helped stabilize the state's early childhood and child care industry and the largest increase for the UW system in nearly two decades. It also included an historic nearly $1.4 billion increase in spendable revenue for K12 schools across our state. With a more than half a billion dollar investment in special education alone, that was really a big deal. (00:36–00:48)
