And so that was, that's the way I grew up. And it was just a regular. I. I did scrape mold off the cheese. And I was amazed when I became governor because I visited lots of cheese factories. That cheese no longer has mold on it anymore. So that job would have been eliminated if I decided to do that. So I'm glad I found a different route to success. Well, let's talk cheese.
