And I'm glad you pointed out that the governor does not control the parole board. They make those decisions. It's against the law for the governor to issue paroles. That said the most important thing. And I just recently fired the head of the commission for this very reason. He did not take victim rights into account for one particular case. So I asked him to reverse that. He did. I asked him to resign. He did. It was a wrong decision. So do we need to strengthen that? Absolutely. (42:10–42:20)
