I'd like to turn one into a university or a vocational school and have them get their degrees. I also would like to. We have too many individuals in prison that really don't need to be there. I would like to set up the judges that have already finished their terms on a panel to go in and try these cases again in prison and see whether or not the sentences should be modified. Wow. So develop a whole system that might be able to get people out of there quicker and people who are ready to leave, get them out of prison, put them in. (46:25–46:42)
